Returns & Exchanges
Every Off Heading Outfitters item is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your gear doesn't exist until you buy it. That keeps the line small, weird, and worth wearing, but it also means we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or "it looked different on my monitor."
Please check the size chart before you order.
We'll make it right if we screwed up
If your order arrives with a printing defect, a damaged item, or the wrong product entirely, we'll fix it. No hassle, no return shipping.
Email errors@offheading.co within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (and the shipping label, if the whole order is wrong)
- A one-line description of what's off
We'll reprint and reship, or refund the item — your call.
What counts as a defect
- Misaligned, faded, cracked, or incomplete print
- Wrong size, color, or product from what you ordered
- Holes, tears, or seam failures on arrival
- Print that doesn't match the artwork on the product page
What doesn't
- Ordered the wrong size
- Normal variation in print placement (roughly ±0.5" — every garment is a slightly different animal)
- Slight color shift between screen and fabric
- Wear, fading, or shrinkage from washing (follow the care instructions and it'll outlast you)
Cancellations
Orders go to print fast. Email errors@offheading.co immediately and we'll cancel if production hasn't started. Once it's printing, it's yours.
Lost or stuck in transit
If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or says delivered and it isn't, email errors@offheading.co and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
Anything else
errors@offheading.co — a real person reads it.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
