Off Heading Outfitters is operated by Ghost Mile LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("we," "us," "Off Heading"). These Terms govern your use of offheading.co and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you're using is yours.

2. Products

Every item is printed to order. Product photos and mockups are representations — actual color, print placement, and fabric texture will vary slightly from what appears on your screen. We describe products as accurately as we can but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [CURRENCY] and do not include shipping or applicable taxes and duties unless stated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after payment has been taken. We'll tell you if that happens.

Payment is processed by third-party providers. We don't store your full payment details.

4. Orders and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. Production begins quickly after that.

You may request cancellation by emailing info@offheading.co. We'll cancel and refund if production hasn't started. Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, but if a package is lost or misdelivered in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by your destination country. We don't control these and can't predict them.

6. Returns

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind, sizing, or preference. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items are covered — see our Returns Policy. Nothing here limits your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, slogans, copy, photography, and site content are owned by Ghost Mile LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Buying a product buys you the product. It does not grant you any license to the artwork. You may not reproduce, resell, print, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

8. User Content

If you send us photos, reviews, tag us, or otherwise submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that you own the content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

We may remove any user content for any reason.

9. Acceptable Use

Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it, attack it, resell our products commercially without authorization, or interfere with its operation. We may terminate access to anyone who does.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our products are apparel and accessories. They are not personal protective equipment, safety gear, or life-support equipment, and must not be relied upon as such in any activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHOST MILE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghost Mile LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will change. The Terms in effect when you place an order govern that order. Continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY] County, Montana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings locally or to the protection of mandatory consumer statutes, nothing in this clause removes those rights.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These Terms, together with the Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and your purchases.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
